The Combat Application Tourniquet, also known as the “C-A-T”, is a small, lightweight and easily packable tourniquet that can be used to control a catastrophic bleed. The CAT Tourniquet uses a windlass to apply pressure and includes a retainer to lock the windlass in place once applied.
