Our favourite workplace Accident Report Book, the Astroplast ARB is both easy to use and comprehensive. The current edition features a full A4 page per accident and is both easy to read (with bold text) and easy to use with a generous amount of space to write in. Since there is space for 50 accidents to be reported, you hopefully wont need another one soon.
